Miss Manners with Sleeping Birds. Pencil on Bristol. 5 by 7. 2005. From a newspaper photo captioned, “Minding manners: Judith Martin found little to criticize about the etiquette of people in Union Square.” She wasn't, of course, wearing any birds, asleep or otherwise. Miss M. is no spring chicken but quite attractive she is.
