I put them on an old fashioned wooden-seat swing. Those were the best kind. Now all one can find in a playground are uncomfortable rubberized fabric slings that squish your butt. I suppose they cause fewer bumps and bruises. But childhood is supposed to include such tragedies. You didn't often see two-person swings—made for friends to share.
